A total of 60 school prefects of Pengiran Isteri Hajah Mariam Secondary School (SMPIHM) participated in a leadership course organised by Department of Student Affairs and School Guidance and Counselling Section of the school.
The event began with a recital of surah al-fatihah followed by a speech from Acting Principal Joanna Lim Jok Hon.
The course saw presentation by various teachers - Hj Norazali bin Hj Sapar, Zini bin Hj Dullah, Md Nazrul Ardhi bin Abdullah Burut, Hj Azrin bin Hj Tunjang - and Hjh Suanah bte Hj Md Jaya, Head of Student Affairs.
The students also took part in group training activities conducted at the Muara Beach in collaboration with counsellors from Sultan Sharif Ali Secondary School and Pengiran Isteri Hajah Mariam Secondary School.
